**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into designs that meet business objectives.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and make informed decisions.
- Create user flows, process flows, and diagrams to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.
- Act as a champion for the user and advocate for their needs in design processes.
- Deliver high-quality work on-time and on-budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with user-centered design, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Passion for designing intuitive, accessible, and beautiful user experiences.
- Availability to work on a project basis, with flexible hours and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,421.53 per month
