**Responsibilities**:

- Translate project requirements, user research, and client feedback into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that adhere to modern design principles and brand guidelines.
- Create personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to inform the design process.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface and user experience design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
- Ability to create pixel-perfect, well-organized, and developer-ready design files.
- A basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their capabilities is a strong plus.
- Strong conceptualization skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a remote team, managing project timelines effectively.
