Job Description for APM Instructor

**Technical Skills**:

- Certified AppDynamics Implementation Professional & Certified Dynatrace Associate.
- Strong Presentation & Teaching skills
- Strong understanding of Application and systems performance management, measurement and analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL Process.
- Trained a team of performance engineer’s working on APM tools.
- Consulting on Professional Services experience will be a plus.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ability to teach AppDynamics & Dynatrace to level 1 resources and ensuring they are certified on OEM certification
- Ability to teach project or senior resource/Laterals/IJP for respective AppDynamics or Dynatrace OEM certifications.
- To maintain and scale Dedicated training lab and our team can access it as needed on any kind of releases, new features testing with a trainer as mentor as well as practice labs for appearing certification.
- Creating a highly skilled workforce in our business as well as creating a mindset of “always learning.”
- To provide our resources with unique direction on how to deliver the solution in line with OEM practices (Checklist, step by step instructions etc)
- Trainer can assist in building domain use case repositories for current APM solutions. Single Point of Contact in helping all DMs/Presales in making use case repositories
- Can play a consultant role as well in advising customers, internal presales on specific technical use cases.
- New Opportunities, RFP bidding, Trainer can assist on the technical compliance, Risks and mitigation etc.
- Assisting RMG group to place fresher group in ongoing projects & mentor resources to crack project interviews.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
