**Job Summary**:
As a **Junior Sales Officer** at **Debt Ventures**, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your role will involve active prospecting, follow-ups, and assisting in achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Maintain and update the sales database with lead information.
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- **Sales Support & Follow-ups**:

- Coordinate with the senior sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Follow up on pending deals, documents, and client queries.
- Assist in drafting proposals, agreements, and sales reports.
- **Target Achievement & Performance Tracking**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance data.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and execution.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
- **Coordination & Team Support**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and legal) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales discussions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in finance or debt management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

Tamil Telugu language is mandatory

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
