Marketing Assistant

**1. Content Writing and Creation**
- Develop creative, innovative, and interactive

content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Prepare content calendars with engaging ideas

aligned with the PEB industry.
- Create video-based content, including scripting,

shooting, and editing videos independently.

2. Digital Marketing Management
- Supervise the hired agency and ensure timely

delivery of monthly social media content calendars.

Coordinate approvals for monthly and festive

calendars from directors.
- Update the company website with festive and

office event details.
- Analyze digital performance reports for social

media (on-page and off-page SEO) and the website.

3. Project Management and Documentation
- Maintain and update the Google Drive with

segregated project data.
- Manage photography and videography for

projects, including R&D for professionals and their quotations.
- Schedule and coordinate site

photography/videography with site engineers and

photographers/videographers.

4. Lead Management
- Follow up on marketing leads and ensure

accurate updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with project heads for lead status and

feedback.

5. Client Relations and Testimonials
- Plan and execute client testimonial shoots and

videography.
- Collect written and video reviews from clients

and consultants.

6. Exhibition and Giveaway R&D
- Conduct research for upcoming exhibitions in the

PEB industry and suggest participation as visitors or exhibitors.
- Research, budget, and procure client giveaways.

7. Vendor Coordination
- Ensure timely signing of bills and track payment

pendencies.
- Maintain good vendor relations for all marketing

and photography needs.
