**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our social media platforms, specifically MunchMate and Hiring Moves. You will work closely with our social media team to create compelling content, engage with our audience, and support our digital marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for MunchMate, including food reviews, recipes, and food trends. Create posts for Hiring Moves, focusing on job tips, career advice, and company updates.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with our community by responding to inquiries, participating in discussions, and fostering positive relationships.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and suggest improvements. Prepare reports on engagement and growth.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate creative ideas and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Passion**: A genuine interest in food and career development, along with a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media.
