**About the role**
The social media intern will be responsible for managing and maintaining our venture's online presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

The intern will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, analyzing metrics, and making recommendations for improving our social media strategy.

Additionally, the intern will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media efforts align with our overall marketing goals.

**Job Location** - Remote

**Duration** - 3 months

**Stipend** - 10,000 (INR per month)

**Responsibilities**
- Content Creation: The social media intern will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. This could include writing social media posts, developing graphics and visuals, and creating videos or other multimedia content.
- Scheduling Posts: The intern will also be responsible for scheduling posts on our social media platforms. This will involve using social media management tools to schedule posts in advance, ensuring that they are posted at the right time for maximum engagement.
- Responding to Comments and Messages: The intern will be responsible for monitoring our social media platforms and responding to comments and messages from our followers. They will need to be able to respond in a timely and professional manner, while also engaging with our audience and building relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting: The intern will also be responsible for monitoring social media analytics and reporting on the success of our social media efforts. This could include tracking follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, and other metrics, and using this data to make recommendations for improving our social media strategy.
- Research and Strategy: The intern may also be responsible for conducting research and developing social media strategies. This could involve researching industry trends, analyzing competitors, and developing a social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team: The intern will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our social media efforts align with our overall marketing strategy. This may involve attending team meetings, collaborating on campaigns and projects, and contributing to marketing plans and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Ideally, the intern should be a student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Social Media Experience: The intern should have experience using various social media platforms for personal or professional use, and a general understanding of social media best practices. Some experience managing social media accounts for a business, organization, or personal brand is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The intern should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for social media posts. They should also be able to engage with audiences in a professional and friendly manner.
- Creativity: The intern should be creative and able to generate new ideas for social media content that are relevant and engaging to our target audience.
- Analytical Skills: The intern should have some experience with social media analytics and be able to use data to make informed decisions about our social media strategy.
- Time Management: The intern should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive Attitude: The intern should have a positive and can-do attitude, be eager to learn, and be open to feedback and constructive criticism.
