we are looking for a Back office executive to support our Marketing and sales functions.
- Understand the requirement of the customers, and source new sales opportunities through inbound And Outbound Calls.
- Generating quotations and bills.
- Generation of lead and providing initial responses.
- Co-Ordination with the concerned team members to solve customers' issues.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing clients and new clients as well as channel partners to generate more business.
- Responsible for generating various reports as and when required.
- Responsible for complete other work as assigned by HOD and team leader.
- MS Office proficiency.
Minimum Required skills
- Microsoft Office Advanced, ERP & E-mail management, Typing Speed will be an added advantage.
Minimum Work Experience
- 5 Years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
