**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Preparation of Delivery Challan, Returns, Sales Invoice & E ways Bills.**:

- **Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices**:

- **Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases**:

- **Supervision & handling of Material Dispatch.**:

- **Daily Dispatch Planning, Dispatch Documents, Daily Stock entries & Billing.**:

- **Daily Stock reconciliation & Valuation.**:

- **Coordinating with Shop Floor, Stores & Transporters.**:

- **Purchase Indent Preparation**:

- **Verification of Material Received with Invoice**:

- **Arrange material as per FIFO in its designated area**:

- **Enter item & quantity in excel store register for stock maintaining**:

- **Make Material Issue entry in excel register**:

- **Daily reconciliation of stock with excel, physical & system stocK**:

- **Making invoices.Must be proficient in working on software V**:

- **KEEPING DAILY RECORD OF SALES DATA UNIT WISE AND SALES TEAM WISE**:

- **P.O.FILING AND SIGNING WITH CONCERN PERSON**:

- **MAKING COMPLAINT CHART AND HANDOVER TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT**
- **Command on Tally/SAP & excel.**

**Working knowledge of inventory rotation**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
