**ROLE : Digital Marketing Executive**

**About the organization**:
**Job Summary**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage content strategy to engage and convert target audiences across platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, graphic designers, fitness trainers) to create compelling online experiences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage company social media accounts, creating trendsetting, innovative content that aligns with our brand voice and identity.

**Qualification and experience**:

- Bachelor’s / master's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably within the wellness, fitness, or health industries.
- A passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
