Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive Products: E-commerce / B2B Location: Vadodara Job Responsibilities: 1. Database Management: Maintain an organized database of the targeted segment, utilizing both direct efforts and support from the team. 2. Lead Generation and Management: Execute daily activities to generate leads, ensuring comprehensive management throughout the pipeline. 3. Communication and Conversion: Effectively communicate with prospects, fostering relationships and facilitating efficient conversion of leads into sales. 4. Market Analysis: Continuously assess local market conditions to identify existing and potential sales opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly. 5. Target Achievement: Strive to achieve predetermined sales targets, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet or exceed expectations. 6. Portfolio Quality Management: Ensure that the quality of the portfolio meets company standards, maintaining adherence to established norms. 7. Credit and Process Liaison: Collaborate with credit and process teams to uphold efficient Turnaround Time (TAT), following up on issues as needed. 8. Reporting Structure: Provide daily reports to the Branch Development Manager/Branch Manager, keeping them informed of progress and challenges. 9. Portfolio Maintenance: Manage the portfolio effectively, ensuring its growth and health through strategic initiatives. 10. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with both prospective and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty through attentive service and support.
