Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending events, and conducting market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting requirements.
- Offer customized gifting solutions and present product proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to final delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management, preferably in the gifting, e-commerce, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer creative gifting solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
