**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal orientedContact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product ordersprofessionallyr.
- E-mail Communication Requirements:

- Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
