Procurement Executive (Fresher)
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase.
- Support market research to identify potential vendors for office supplies, marketing materials, and operational requirements.
- Conduct on-ground market visits under guidance to compare products, pricing, and quality.
- Assist in negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
- Work with the marketing team to procure branding collaterals (banners, brochures, merchandise, etc.).
- Help maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, vendor details, and contracts.
- Track and update inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Build basic vendor relationships and support senior executives in vendor management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresher with basic understanding of procurement or interest in vendor management.
- Willingness to learn and conduct field/market visits as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
