Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Manage tendering processes, evaluate supplier quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure financial efficiency.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure commercial compliance.
- Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
- Ensure all work adheres to legal, safety, and contractual standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
