Job Description: Legal Editorial Associate (EA)

**About the Role**

Thomson Reuters seeks multiple **Legal Editorial Associates (EAs)** to collaborate with Practical Law editorial teams. The role involves supporting the creation, publication, delivery, and presentation of legal content while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will work closely with Legal EAs based in Hyderabad and the UK, under the guidance of Hyderabad-based EA Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Quality Assurance**:

- Proof-read content for typographical errors and broken links.
- Verify content formatting in document templates to ensure proper rendering on the live site.
- **Editorial Support**:

- Assist in writing and copy-editing legal and non-legal content.
- Conduct legal and non-legal research as needed.
- **Content Management**:

- Identify content requiring review and oversee the review process.
- Liaise with colleagues and external contributors to ensure timely updates.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer queries and assist with appropriate responses.
- **Data and Reporting**:

- Collate business intelligence data reports.
- Manage spreadsheets and reports related to content creation and management.

**About You**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Laws, Integrated Law Degree, or 3+ years as a paralegal.
- Experience with UK and US legal systems (preferred).

**Skills**
- Strong writing, communication, and proof-reading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities.

**Experience**
- Legal training or work in a legal environment (preferred).
- Experience in publishing or using technology to create/distribute online content (preferred).
