Area Sales Officer

Generating sales: Working with existing customers to generate sales and developing new opportunities with new customers
- Building relationships: Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships
- Meeting targets: Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities to management
- Organizing site visits: Coordinating appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
- Preparing paperwork: Preparing the necessary paperwork to close a sale
- Answering questions: Answering clients' questions about construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
- Developing strategies: Developing sales strategies and sourcing properties through field work
- Identifying markets: Identifying emerging markets and market shifts
- Conducting research: Conducting research and development in sales and marketing
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
