Job description Job Description: Associate Consultant Base Location: Golaghat District (Candidates must be open to travel as the role involves extensive fieldwork.) Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, including party leadership, grassroots workers, volunteers, and community organizations. - Ensure seamless communication, alignment with project objectives, and timely execution of campaign activities. - Data Management and Analytics: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data from ground operations, voter outreach activities, and campaign progress. - Develop dynamic dashboards and detailed reports using tools like Excel and PowerPoint to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as community leaders, volunteers, and local influencers. Support the planning and execution of on-ground events, meetings, and outreach initiatives to enhance campaign visibility and impact. - Strategic Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, strategize, and implement end-to-end high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Draft comprehensive work plans and oversee implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Research and Political Analysis: Conduct rigorous primary and secondary research to understand the political dynamics of various demographics, geographic areas, and legislative entities. - Provide insights to shape campaign strategies and detect shifts in the political landscape. - Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including digital media, data analytics, strategic research, and operations, to achieve campaign objectives. Align central campaign directives with on-ground execution, ensuring consistency and impact. - Administrative and Operational Support: Oversee daily operations and ensure the documentation of campaign activities. Manage timely reporting and efficient handling of campaign-related administrative tasks. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institution. - 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred; freshers are welcome. - Exposure to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for creating presentations, plans, and monitoring reports. - Proficiency in data analysis and AI tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. - Good interpersonal skills and exposure to dealing with various kinds of stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies for key stakeholders. Language proficiency: English, Fluency in Assamese is mandatory
