**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee our racking operations. The Supervisor will manage day-to-day activities, lead a team of technicians and installers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the racking installation and maintenance team, ensuring effective performance and productivity.
- **Project Management**: Oversee racking installation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Address any quality issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and practices on-site. Conduct regular safety audits and training to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during racking installations or maintenance. Address client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues related to racking systems, equipment, or team performance. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inventory, and team performance. Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to team members. Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the racking industry or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with racking systems, installation procedures, and safety regulations. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or training in racking systems, safety, or project management is a plus.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
