Accelleron central Operations Team is looking for high caliber Global Operations Support to implement the strategic initiative with the service of Non Accelleron Turbochargers. Be part to define the strategy further and adapt to market trends.

The path for the role will not always be defined, we are looking for someone who can pave the path and go extra mile for making the initiative successful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the growth of a strategic service initiative to expand the business with the service of non-Accelleron turbochargers.
- Further push this service initiative according to the Division Service strategy, the roadmap defined in the Product Market Strategy, and the direct alignment with the initiative team leader.
- Support the Accelleron service network with master data management, IT tools & systems, logistics, and operations topics in general in line with the Accelleron operations processes.
- Contact with the service network but also suppliers to turn the inputs and challenges into solutions for lean handling of the business of service with non-Accelleron turbochargers.
- Set up concepts from scratch and translate the requirements into a lean and easy process to handle trading goods in SAP HANA, CRM tools, and other IT systems.
- Set up B2B sales and purchasing processes including corresponding master data concepts.
- Create dashboards with commercial figures and control of the business.
- Create forecasts to procure spare parts for the Accelleron stock to offer high availability of spares to loyal customers.
- Develop and implement global logistic processes with external partners.
- Coach the service network regarding operations topics to help them grow the business locally.
- Provide guidance and training and ensure effective implementation of operation processes and tools.
- Consult and align with operations representatives in the Accelleron network, and use their inputs as a source for improvements.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business administration.
- 5 years of relevant experience in service operations.
- Know-how in the marine market, turbocharger service sales know-how is a plus.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Capable to turn ideas into business.
- Strong communicator and able to work successfully in international and cross-functional teams.
- Know-how about supply chain and logistics - tax know-how is a plus.
- Know-how in SAP HANA, ATURB, and SharePoint.
- Good understanding of global market trends, customers, and strategy.
- Fluent in English.
- Good business acumen.
- Service oriented mindset - willing to go the extra mile.
- Willing to go the extra mile to grow the business with the service of non-Accelleron turbochargers.
