**Duration / Location** : Full Time / Ahmedabad

**Work Hours**: Reporting Time: 9.15am, Hours: 9:30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely acquisition of required goods.
- Maintain relationships with current vendors and negotiate terms to secure the best prices.
- Identify and develop relationships with new vendors to diversify supply sources.
- Prepare and manage Management Information System reports to track purchasing activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Prepare BOQ for various projects to outline necessary materials and costs.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to various locations.
- Create and process Purchase Orders to authorize the procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare accurate import-export documentation as per regulations
- Ensure timely submission of pre & post shipment documents
- Verify and process bills of lading, packing list, invoices, and certificates
- Monitor shipment status and customs clearance processes

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,

**Experience**

2 to 5 years

**Pay**

Rs. 3-4.8 Lacs per Annum CTC + CI + PI

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
