Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors for raw

materials, components, consumables, and services.

 Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize

orders.

 Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery in coordination

with production planning.

 Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities including POs,

invoices, GRNs, and vendor agreements.

 Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the store and

production teams.

 Ensure timely procurement to avoid any delays in production or operations.

 Track and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and

service.

 Collaborate with the accounts department for payment processing and vendor

reconciliation.

 Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit

requirements.

 Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and alternate suppliers for

critical materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,

preferably in a manufacturing environment.

 Sound knowledge of purchasing practices, supply chain processes, and

inventory control.

 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle,

or Tally.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,740.89 per month
