**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and organize trekking schedules and itineraries.
- Coordinate with guides, drivers and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained for each trek.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trekkers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide pre-trek briefings to trekkers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their journey.
- Collect and act on feedback from trekkers to improve future expeditions.
- Keep all the data up to date on CRM.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the tourism or adventure travel industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Uttarakhand region and trekking routes is a plus.
- Passion for trekking and the outdoors.
