**Roles and Responsibilities** Health & Safety Management: - To carry out all Health & Safety Management" and Productivity related activities in LPG Plants, Terminal, Jetty record it and update it on SAP, Database. - To plan the filling plant production based on customer orders and ensuring the productivity rate per hour - To ensure reporting & investigation of "all Incidents, Near Miss, H&S Observations". Discussed the same with team members and take necessary corrective actions. Ensure that people are adhering all Health & Safety requirement which is non-negotiable. - Carryout HSE Audits in LPG Plants, Terminal, Jetty, Customer place, Franchises, depot, ALDS and submit action plan to supervisor. - Preparation of H&S Plant / Terminal specific detailed MIS covering points all the Near miss, Incidents, H&S Observations, Feedback on HSE observations, Safety initiatives, along with the status update. - Conduct Daily toolbox talk with team members and share feedback, observation. Develop H&S culture at workplace and motivate people to follow H&S at Plants & Terminals. - Implementation of PPE, Work permit system as per requirement. Carry out audits for the same to check the effectiveness of implementation. - Ensure preparation & implementation of Job Safety Analysis of each activity carried out by Maintenance & Project team at Plants / Terminal. And supervising the maintenance activity based on the requirement - Impart Site Specific Health & Safety Training for every specific and critical activities to third party contractor workmen. - Carry out Health & Safety risk assessment of LPG plants & Terminal. - To do Job/Activity specific Manual Handing Risks Assessment (Examples: Lifting, lowering, carrying, stretching, twisting, bending, repetitive movement and work environment) for filling plant / Terminal and propose mitigation plans to reduce/eliminate the risk involved. - Train Plant / Terminal crew (Operator / Agency workers / Securities / 3rd party Transport crew) on manual handling risk involved using Self Training module - Transport Safety Conduct Safety meeting with transport crew, other plant engineers, transporters to ensure highest level of safety of LPG transportation and ensure other activities related to LPG transport safety. Conduct enroute audits of LPG Bulk tanker to evaluate the level of safety of LPG transportation. - Transport Safety Carry out health and safety risk assessment for transport activities related to Bulk Tanker & Cylinder Truck. - Conduct Location safety Committee meeting, Audits, Internal & External mock drills, trainings, and other activities as per Safety Management Plan. - Maintained inventory of required safety and production items, equipment, spares & consumables as per plan - Timely completion of all activities including various outsourcing services as per year plan. - Process Safety Management Training team member on various elements of PSM like HAZID, HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Management of Change, Mechanical Integrity, ERDMP, Onsite Emergency Plan updating etc. - Time to time review and implementation of various Process/ Procedure related to HSE at Plant/ Terminal operation and effectively ensure implementation. - Coordinate with local authorities for various H&S related activities and compliance management. Statutory Compliance Management: - Management of Statutory & Audit compliance under various applicable laws under PCB, EC/MoEF, PESO, Factory, Labour, Disaster Management & Internal compliance as per company standards. - Maintain all registers, documentation related to the Factories act, State Factory Rules, Labour compliance, PCB, PESO, MoEF etc. - Prepare and submit monthly, annual return, environmental statement, hazardous waste data to PCB. - Ensure management of Hazardous waste and its timely discarding. - Maintain minimum display and sign boards at Terminal & Jetty. - To carry out environmental monitoring by GPCB and NABL approved agency as per CCA and EC condition and ensure its compliance. - Log any Statutory Visits made by authority, or any notice received and ensure timely submission of compliance. - Greenbelt Development & Maintenance, Sustainability Initiative Qualification : BE / B.Tech ( Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil ) and Diploma in safety from State approved university or college. Language : Proficiency in Hindi and English Experience : From 2 to 4 year(s) of experience
