The candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering, operations, and project teams in day-to-day activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. Conduct site visits, inspections, and prepare technical reports as required. Support the preparation of project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project completion. Analyze data and suggest process improvements for increased operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements Required Qualifications B.Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant branch from a recognized university. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.). Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions as per project requirements. Preferred Attributes Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured corporate environment.
