**About Us**: Technoarray is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of user-centric designs that drive product success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows.
- **UI Design**: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and deliver a visually appealing experience across devices.
- **User Flow & Interaction Design**: Develop user flows, interactions, and interface elements that optimize usability and enhance the overall user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts and functionality.
- **Feedback**: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve design and usability.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate designs and identify potential areas for improvement.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of front-end development is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and iterate quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design aesthetics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
