**About the job**:
We are WINNI.INIndia's second most used gifting E-commerce platform Currently we are hiring for UI/UX designer for our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
- Designing attractive user interfaces while incorporating brand guidelines seamlessly.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, navigational or connectivity issues between various elements etc.)
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Strong knowledge of raster and vector graphics.
- Good composition skills with knowledge of effective typography.
- Ability to create original graphic designs (e.g. images, web banners, eye-catchy graphics for social media etc.).
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.

**Key Requirements**:

- You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
- You have a minimum 1-1.5 years of experience as a UI/UX - Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator. (Knowledge of Corel Draw would be an added advantage but not mandatory).
- Good knowledge of grid systems to create seamless and responsive designs with focus on device compatibility.
- Excellent knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, colors with exceptional composition skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
