**Job Summary**

Scrum Master

Core Responsibilities:

- You will establish, promote, and support Scrum by helping both the Scrum Team and the organization understand the agile methodology
- You will coach team members in areas of self-management and cross-functionality.
- Help the Scrum Team not only in creating high-value increments but also removing impediments and ensuring that all Scrum events takes place within the timebox
- Assist the Product Owner in several ways, including helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management; Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items; Help establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption
- Plan and advise Scrum implementations within the organization
- Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
- Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
- Serve as interface to the Team, PO, and Business in helping them to stick to the scrum process

**What you’ll bring**:

- You have a university degree in computer science, business administration or a related field
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as full-time Scrum Master in a highly agile environment
- Strong experience on various agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban - Knowledge in scrum tools including but not restricted to JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Expertise in Agile techniques like: User Stories, story points, CI/CD
- Certification like CSM 1/2, PSM 1/2 strongly preferred

Bachelor's Degree
