We're looking to **hire** a **immediate joiner** for the role of **E-commerce Operations Executive** in our e-commerce operations team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process** and manage **daily orders** across **platforms** like **Shopify**, **Myntra**, **Nykaa**, **Tata Cliq**, **Ajio**, etc.
- Monitor and **update stock levels** to avoid out-of-stock situations
- **Handle customer queries**, returns, exchanges & complaints — keeping satisfaction high
- **File claims** for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries
- Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications

**Requirements**:

- **3+** years of **experience** in e-commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle sector is a plus)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, etc.
- Familiarity with order management software like Easycom and Unicommerce
- Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Office Timings : 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
