**Responsibilities and Duties**
A Student support executive is a very integral part of the Alchemist Team. The primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to...)
1. Prepare the scheduling of classes by taking inputs from the management team and releasing the class timetable
2. Be the point of contact for students and assist them with their queries
3. Be in touch with the Sales team to gather information about the students enrolled and be the touchpoint post enrolment. Get the necessary information feed it into the system post enrolment
4. Give orientation to the newly enrolled students on how to use the system post joining
5. Help and resolve enrolled students' queries
6. Ensure we maintain positive & Happy student engagement ratings. Maintain high student satisfaction.
7. Be the touchpoint with faculty and ensure they are supported for classes
8. Ensure classes are run smoothly and efficiently
9. Be part of the team for process improvement to enhance the student experience
10. Shift Timings 10- 7

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
1. Graduate and above. Must have at least 3-5 yr of experience in directly handling of customers
2. Should have a pleasing demeanor that students feel comfortable to reach out to. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
3. Well groomed and extremely confident with interactions. Be proactive, forthcoming and very comfortable reaching out and interacting with students.
4. Comfortable working on computer.
5. Have a problem solving attitude
