We are looking for a Google & facebook ads executive and a Performance Marketeer to join our team immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making campaign plans & strategies to generate quality leads & traffic on website
- Increasing the brand awareness through organic and paid strategies
- Handling social media campaigns for objective likes Brand Awareness, Reach & Engagement, Audience Acquisition, Lead Generation, Website Traffic, etc
- Executing Google ads campaigns for quality Lead Generation
- Reaching the Daily, Weekly & Monthly estimated target
- Creating a framework and evaluating goals for every campaigns
- Retargeting campaigns based on the best valuable insights acquired through campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement & optimization through experimentation, conversion rate optimization, retention and re-engagement activities
- Reporting of channel metrics, goals & other KPI’s on weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance.

We are looking for Paid media specialist with Rich experience in FB & Google Media ads.

With at least 2+ years of experience in paid media

Should be able to handle 4-5 accounts

Someone with experience in E-commerce

Daily and Proactively monitor campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur.

Strong command of written English for deciding ad copies.

Coordination with Copy Writer and Creative Designers to create attractive copies.

Proactively identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities and convert them into short-term or long-term projects.6. Participate in departmental or cross-team meetings to communicate results and issues

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
