**Job Description**:
**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to take full ownership of the daily operations and overall administration of our office/site. The Site Leader will serve as the senior-most on-ground point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination across teams such as Administration, HR, IT, and Facilities. This role is critical in creating a well-organized, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace environment.**

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Lead and oversee all site-level operations across Admin, HR, IT, and Facilities.**

**2. Serve as the single point of accountability for all floor-level activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of issues.**

**3. Possess strong technical acumen with prior experience in software or technology-driven companies, particularly managing IT systems, tools, and infrastructure.**

**4. Coordinate with internal and external IT teams to support system availability, security, and performance.**

**5. Ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure, office services, vendor management, and operational supplies.**

**6. Collaborate with HR on employee engagement, onboarding, and policy communication.**

**7. Manage shift operations, including night shifts or international overlaps (e.g., US time zones).**

**8. Demonstrated strategic leadership in planning, execution, and enabling cross-functional alignment.**

**9. Build and maintain strong relationships with on-ground teams and business stakeholders.**

**10. Experience working with US-based companies or US-India collaboration models is strongly preferred.**

**11. Represent the site in leadership forums and provide regular operational updates to senior management.**

**12. Monitor compliance with workplace health, safety, and statutory standards.**

**13. Conduct regular site reviews to track and improve operational efficiency.**

**14. Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.**

**Requirements**:
**1. 8+ years of experience in office/site management, operations, or administration.**

**2. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.**

**3. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.**

**4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a people-first approach.**

**5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**

**6. Prior experience in managing shift-based operations is a plus.**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
