Seeking for Linux/Windows System Administrator.
- Responsible for setting up / configuring and maintaining Linux & windows VMs/servers.
- Incident analysis/RCAs/troubleshooting and identification of permanent resolutions
- Monitoring servers, infra using tools like Zabbix/OpManager etc
- Proactively monitor product/services/site performance, uptime, availability and analyse logs/metrics.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyse and isolate issues.
- Monitor servers to ensure security
- Monitor and Respond to customer chat's and tickets with SLA.
- Changing IP's, Configuring software's and Server Security and hardening.

Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area (equivalent work experience will be considered)
- Experience in Windows / Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge and previous experience supporting the following
- Windows: Active Directory, DNS, Radius Authentication, DHCP
- Linux: Deep understanding of Linux Systems.
- Storage: RAID, LVM, SAN, NAS (NFS etc.) fundamentals
- Databases: Good understanding of SQL/RDBMS, MySQL/ MariaDB Replication, Postgres
- Web: Apache, IIS,
- Others: Regular expressions, excellent troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹48,902.00 per month
