**Job Title: Ecommerce Accountant**

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Accounting**:

- Track and reconcile inventory levels, costs, and valuations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process stock in and out transactions in compliance with GST in software and E way generation.
- **Transaction Management**:

- Monitor and reconcile daily ecommerce transactions, including sales, refunds, and fees across various online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- **Accounts & Finance Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and merchant accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Resolve discrepancies and manage chargebacks or disputes as needed.
- Prepare and review financial reports related to ecommerce activities, including sales reports, expense reports, and profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- **Expense Management**:

- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper accounting and approval.
- Monitor and manage ecommerce-related expenses to maintain budgetary control.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant with a focus on ecommerce
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
