**Job Description: Telesales Expert Officer**

**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum education: 12th pass (HSC).
- Age: 18 to 32 years.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Attractive incentive structure for achieving sales targets.
- Free transport facilities for employees commuting from Bhiwandi.

**Job Location**:

- Thane West

**Work Schedule**:
