**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Manage and optimize brand performance on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart).
- Negotiate margins, promotions, and implement brand commerce strategies for better market positioning.
- Identify sales opportunities to maximize GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and brand visibility.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Operations & Content Management**:

- Maintain content hygiene to drive organic growth and product visibility.
- Forecast demand for 1-2 months to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Track daily sales and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and returns on platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.
- Analyze and optimize ad spends on AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and PLA/PCA (Product Listing Ads).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior experience managing e-commerce or quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a dynamic market environment.
