We are hiring some talented and enthusiastic professionals for the post of **E-Commerce Executive** for our firm **UCG Jewels LLP** based in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra
- E-commerce experience with minimum 1 to 3 years. Good communication written and speaking.
- Having vast knowledge in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Firstcry, Tata Cliq & others Marketplace platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and Managing Listings on all major e-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Firstcry, Tata Cliq & others Marketplace platforms.
- Planning and execution of inventory dispatches for Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart fulfillment.
- Upload new products & update inventory of our products across e-commerce portals.
- Managing online orders, Product Cataloguing, Pricing, Description, and A+ Content.
- Managing Sale, Sale Returns and reconciliation.
- Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on E-commerce websites / portals.
- Work closely with different teams (E-commerce Manager, Graphics, Sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues them to the utmost satisfaction.
- Coordination with Logistics partners as and when required.
- Coordination with third party portals for shipping, returns, payments, issues, etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills and English knowledge.
- Multitasking.
- A Team player but can also work independently.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS excel, lookup, pivot tables, etc.
- Customer relationships
- Excellent writing skills
- Efficient and with attention to details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
