
Female Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the MD and assisting with various administrative duties
- Data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.
- Office management includes the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.
- Work quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Performing search on internet.
- Gathering and processing search data.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- ENGLISH - High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer apps.
- Familiarity with market search techniques.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 8 - 16 per week
**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
