**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging and informative training programs on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Conduct both virtual and on-site training sessions based on client requirements.
- Provide practical examples and case studies for better understanding of module functionalities.
- Assist in creating end-user documentation, training manuals, and other supporting resources.
- Assess trainees' learning progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors EC releases and industry best practices.
- Conduct post-training support and answer questions related to SAP SuccessFactors EC.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including experience with core HR processes and data management.
- Proven experience as a trainer, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and experience levels.
- Hands-on experience with implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the latest features and updates in SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Availability to work flexible hours as per client requirements.

**Desired Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (implementation, support, or consulting).
- Experience in conducting corporate training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
