**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative têxtile designs, prints, and patterns for western wear collections, focusing on women’s fashion.
- Work with the product development team to ensure designs align with the company’s brand and seasonal collections.
- Experiment with color palettes, textures, and fabric types to produce unique and stylish designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and têxtile trends to ensure the designs are contemporary and on-brand.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth transition of designs from concept to production.
- Review and adjust designs based on feedback from marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain a detailed record of all design projects, materials used, and production timelines.
- Attend meetings and provide creative input into new product ideas and design concepts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Textile Designer or in a similar design role within the fashion or têxtile industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating têxtile design work, particularly within women’s western wear.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital printing techniques, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Creative thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer preferences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments.
- A degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
