**Job Title**: Textile Designer

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design a range of Soft Home Furnishing products, including Decorative Cushions, Bedspreads, Throws, and Table Linen, tailored for export markets.
- Utilize computer-aided design tools such as Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality CAD designs.
- Forecast trends, colors, and designs specific to export markets to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with tailors and craftspeople to develop product samples, ensuring alignment with design concepts.
- Understand buyer requirements, manage product development, and ensure timely completion of samples and deliverables.
- Graduate or Diploma in Textile Design from reputed fashion institutes such as the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively as part of a team.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with an even temperament and a positive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- A keen eye for design trends and the ability to translate them into innovative products.
- Expertise in handling end-to-end product development processes.
- Experience in export markets or working with international clients is a plus.

Must have experience in Home Textiles/Home Furnishing products in Export House.

**Education Requirements**:

- **Undergraduate Degree**: B.Des. in Textile Design.
- **Postgraduate Degree**: M.Des. in Textile Design.
- Textile Design Graduates

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
