JIG BORER, Conventional MILLER, Conventional GRINDER - OD, Conventional TURNER, CNC ID GRINDER, Conventional SURFACE GRINDER, CNC TURNING, CNC VTL OPERATOR, VMC OPERATOR, HMC OPERATOR, SURFACE GRINDER (SLIDE WAY), HMC 5 AXIS OPERATOR

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of component setups, methods and procedures,

Should be able to upload/download CNC programs to machine controller,

Select and check cutting tools per program or CNC documents

Experience in setting up job for production orders, first lots, tool tryouts or run previously set-up job by reviewing work order,

Monitor machine during operation for unusual vibration or sounds, visual check of cutter path, clearance, chips to ensure smooth operation

Makes fine adjustments to machine to bring part within tolerances

Performs machine operating adjustments and regulates and controls such functions as coolant flow, machine rate and related machine operations.

Check work during each operation and after completed job to ensure parts are complete as per drawing and that there are no defects (e.g., tool marks, mismatch, and incorrect cutter finish.)

Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions and engineering drawings

Provide input for a Process Improvement

Experienced CNC Machine Operator

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 3 years (preferred)
