**Position - CNC, VMC, HMC Operator cum Programmer**

**Shift: All 3 shifts.**

**Payment: Up To 30**

**Facility: Canteen & Bus with necessary compliance**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
*
- Operate and program CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for precision machining of components.

*
- Set up machines, tools, and fixtures for production jobs according to specifications.

*
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files for accurate machining.

*
- Ensure quality control by conducting in-process inspections and making adjustments as needed.

*
- Troubleshoot programming issues and make modifications for optimal performance.

*
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness and operational efficiency.

*
- Maintain detailed records of work, including settings, machine hours, and inspection data.

*
- **Qualifications**:
*
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC, VMC, and HMC Operator cum Programmer.

*
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) and operating VMC and HMC machines.

*
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GD&T, machining tolerances, and material properties.

*
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

*
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality work with precision.

*
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
