Key Aspects Requirements

1.Complete work load as per plan with quality.

2.Ensure Program time and Actual time is matching.

3.If any breakdown contact your senior to call machine service person.

4. Downtime should be 0.

5. Improvements made:

- Safety - Zero accidents
- Clear documentation of work done (entry in erp/google sheet/ workbook)

6. To receive the CNC programme and work order.

7. To the check the raw material, size and warpage.

8. Securely clamp and set up the job on machine.

9. Set up the tools in the ATC.

10. Perform checks in between to ensure the quality and dimensions. Fill in process check reports.

11. Before unloading the job verify the completeness of the job as per drawing.

12.Unload, clean and place the job at designated place.

13. Run the programme.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
