**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) with 4-axis functionality to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- **Tool Setup**: Select and install the correct tools and fixtures for machining jobs, ensuring proper alignment and accuracy.
- **Program Loading**: Load, verify, and run CNC programs, ensuring parts are produced according to the correct design.
- **Quality Control**: Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot minor machine or program issues during operations and make adjustments as necessary.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on VMC equipment, ensuring smooth operation and preventing unexpected breakdowns.
- **Production Monitoring**: Monitor the machining process for quality, efficiency, and safety, adjusting machine settings and operations as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the production team and supervisors to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 8 years of direct experience operating VMCs with 4-axis capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
- **Machine Knowledge**: Strong understanding of VMC operations, including 4-axis machining techniques, tool selection, and fixture setup.
- **Precision**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
- **Measuring Tools**: Experience with various precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve machine or production issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting as required.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
