**Coordination**: Collaborate with different teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of operational activities during non-traditional working hours.

**Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly during the night shift to ensure continuous workflow.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on operational processes to uphold high standards and accuracy, even during night hours.

**Reporting**: Generate and compile reports related to night shift operational activities as required.

**Adaptability**: Be open to learning new tasks and adapting to changes in operational processes during the night shift.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially during night operations.

Qualifications:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in operations or a related field are a plus.

**Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for night shift coordination.

**Salary Range**: The salary for this position is in the range of 12,000 to 15,000 (monthly), depending on experience and skills.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment, even during night hours.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail during night shift operations.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities during the night shift.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
