**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a US-based or international environment).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
