**Position: Professor**

**Essential Qualification**:

- M.Sc. (Nursing)
- **Experience**: A minimum of 12 years in the field, with at least 10 years of teaching experience after obtaining M.Sc. (Nursing).
- **Desirable**: Ph.D. (Nursing)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Design and deliver innovative, evidence-based curricula to foster critical thinking and clinical expertise.
- Guide students in research, project work, and skill development to prepare them for leadership roles in nursing.
- **Mentorship and Student Engagement**:

- Provide academic and career counseling to nurture students' growth and confidence.
- Create an inspiring learning environment that values inclusivity and collaboration.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Contribute to the advancement of nursing education through research, publications, and conferences.
- Encourage and mentor students and faculty in research initiatives that align with healthcare priorities.
- **Institutional Development**:

- Collaborate with administrative teams to strengthen the college's academic reputation and operational excellence.
- Actively participate in committees, policy development, and community outreach programs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Uphold and enhance the standards of nursing education by adhering to academic and professional guidelines.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies and evaluation techniques to maintain educational excellence.
