**Position**: Assistant Professor**Essential Qualification**:

- **M.Sc. (Nursing)**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience after completing M.Sc. (Nursing).
- **Desirable**: Ph.D. (Nursing).

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Student-Centered Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging, interactive lectures and clinical training sessions that foster critical thinking and practical skills.
- Ensure students are well-prepared for the challenges of real-world healthcare environments.

2. **Mentorship and Academic Guidance**:

- Provide mentorship to students, supporting their academic journey and career aspirations.
- Inspire students to excel in their studies and embrace the core values of nursing.

3. **Curriculum Contribution**:

- Participate in curriculum planning and development to align with the latest trends in healthcare and nursing education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic, evidence-based academic program.

4. **Research and Professional Development**:

- Encourage student involvement in research and guide them in academic projects.
- Pursue personal research interests and contribute to the academic community through publications and conferences.
