Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry.
- Explain the features and benefits of our real estate properties to potential customers.
- Provide information about current market trends, pricing, and financing options.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in tele calling and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
